Last Saturday, the Mall at the University of Dallas became a field for battle, a "Campus Martius," if you will, where men strove to win honor and glory. As is the nature of war, they were motivated by love. Love of BOB spangled the shirts of spectators as they witnessed death and victory. Competition was fierce as many different bands signed up to join the fray.

Provided that you are a somewhat observant individual, you might have noticed some of your fellow students acting a bit strangely these past two weeks. They would be upperclassmen, dressed particularly nicely, smoking incessantly - and I mean more than usual - or gesticulating wildly while reciting lines of poetry to themselves. Or they might be poring over official-looking white envelopes, the perusal of which causes them to erupt into cheers and joyful leaping.
Holy Trinity seminarians bring original songs, jazz to Tuesday night's Capp House

Over the hill and through the Braniff building, to Capp House the seminarians of Holy Trinity Seminary go. More than 20 seminarians, along with quite a few University of Dallas students, crowded into the Cap Bar last Tuesday to hear live performances from Sean DeWitt and Friends.

What do you do in your spare time? I create poorly written newspaper articles. If I could, though, I would play rugby. Unfortunately, past injury and costly surgery, prophesying future injury and costly surgery, has created a parental ban on my first pick of hobby, and so I have taken up writing.
Therefore, since I cannot do what I would like, I urge others to try it in my stead. You will love rugby and here is why.
