Ruskin competitors to examine merits of UD education
The topic for this year's Ruskin Rhetoric Competition is: "What good does a UD education bring to the world today?" All speakers are expected to address two questions in their speech: 1) What is a UD education?  2) What does the world need today?
All speeches should last between 10 and 15 minutes.  The competition will take place on Saturday, April 29.  The first-place speaker will be awarded $300, the second-place speaker $200, and the third-place speaker $100.
All who are interested in participating or have questions should contact Stephen Wauck by e-mail at swauck@udallas.edu.

Are you an organ donor?
April is National Organ/Tissue Donor Awareness Month. The need for donated organs is increasing dramatically. Every day, 75 people receive the gift of life through an organ transplant and 17 people die awaiting a donor.
If you want to be an organ donor, inform your family of your decision and sign a donor card or indicate your donor status on your driver's license.
