The following incidents were reported to the Office of Campus Safety between Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008 and Friday, Oct. 10, 2008.

Monday, Oct. 6, 2008 at 09:10 p.m. - Irving Fire Department paramedics were called to campus for a student reporting that she had a seizure. The student was transported to a local hospital.

Monday, Oct. 6, 2008 at 05:48 p.m. - The Campus Safety Office received an automatic fire alarm for the Anselm Residence Hall. The Irving Fire Department was called to campus while a Campus Safety officer went to the building. It was determined that the alarm was caused by a student burning food. The Irving Fire Department cleared campus after the alarm was reset. The microwave oven was removed from the building.

Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008 at 09:33 a.m. - The Athletics Department reported that graffiti had been spray-painted on the brick walls at the softball field.

Friday, Oct. 10, 2008 at 08:21 a.m. - The Office of Student Life adjudicated an offense of minor possessing alcohol in a residential area. The offense occurred on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008 at 12:25 a.m.

Friday, Oct. 10, 2008 at 02:33 p.m. - The Office of Student Life adjudicated an offense of minor possessing alcohol in a residential area. The offense occurred on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008, at 11:30 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008 at 01:18 p.m. - Two students were issued citations for disorderly conduct after being caught on east overhang to the Jerome Residence Hall.

Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008 at 08:18 a.m. - A Campus Safety officer discovered that the gate securing the road to the GSM building had been rammed by a vehicle causing damage to the gate.
