The following students have been newly elected as Student Government representatives for Spring 2010: Joe Swope (sophomore), Michael Rutherford (sophomore), Stevie Stephens (sophomore), Madison Milliken (sophomore), Sara Bowes (New Dorm), Victoria Delgado (New Dorm), Claire Holman (Theresa Hall) and Raphael Slattery (Gregory Hall).
The UD student body elected to approve the amendments to the Student Government Constitution. The referendum resulted in 122 votes of approval and four votes to reject the amendments.
This semester, the Senate meetings will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. in Science Building 101. The meetings are open to the public.
Thank you to all the students and faculty who so eagerly donated clothing, goods and hours of volunteering to the Texans for Haiti outreach!
